IDEA OF THE MONTH

If you would like to submit an interesting front-line idea for consideration as the idea of the month, please send us an email describing it. The idea must have been implemented, and should be easily explainable in 250 words or less. It can be big or small, tangible or intangible, creative or common-sense, as long as it comes from a front-line employee.

If your idea is chosen, you will receive a free copy of Ideas Are Free personally inscribed by both authors.
